Gamma Travel Services will help
coordinate your visit to any one of our locations including
airline flights and schedules, hotels and motels
near our clinic for easy access, car
rental services at all the International airports and any other assistance
you may need to make this experience as enjoyable as
possible.
Gamma Knife Radiosurgery at our clinic is an
“outpatient program”. We can arrange
pre-surgery or post-surgery overnight hospital stays
upon request.
Costs Not Covered
International Gamma Knife Clinics do not cover meals, tickets
to attractions, sightseeing trips or anything that is
not listed in the packages above. We reserve the
right to change our packages and pricing as noted on
our website.
Insurance Coverage
We will provide you with
all the insurance codes prior to your surgery with
us for your Insurance Provider’s
pre-approvals. Generally, items “not” included in
the reimbursements is your normal
deductible and travel costs. In the event your
Insurance Provider has special coding documents for
pre-approval surgery and return payments to you,
please forward the documents to our e-mail address

For all patients from
the United States with health insurance, the
International Gamma Knife Clinic locations the
United States will accept insurance packages
as Blue Cross/ Blue Shield, United Healthcare and
Medicare
International Government
Reimbursements
In most cases around the world your
government sponsored healthcare will provide you
with a reimbursement package if they deem your
surgery necessary and must be done quickly.
In these cases, you’re Neurosurgeon, Radiation
Oncologist or Medical Physician “MUST” assist you
with medical documentation that your condition is in
need of immediate attention. We will provide you
with all the necessary insurance codes needed. In
the event your country has special coding documents
for pre-approval surgery, please forward the
