Patient Application

 

Your current neurosurgeon and radiation oncologist will monitor your progress when you arrive at home.  A checklist will be provided to you before departing and a MRI or CT scan will be required after a three month period and reviewed by our medical team.  During your visit, our medical staff of doctors, nurses and technicians will be available to serve you if the need arises
